Product Parameters
Hot-Dip Galvanization involves immersing the substrate (cold-rolled sheet/hot-rolled sheet/strip steel) into a high-temperature zinc solution of approximately 450 degrees Celsius, where the steel reacts with the zinc solution to form a thick zinc coating on the surface.
The zinc layer effectively isolates the steel substrate from contact with air, moisture, and other corrosive media, significantly slowing down the rusting and corrosion of steel components, thereby extending their service life.
This process is particularly suitable for environments that are humid or contain corrosive gases or liquids.
Applications: Structural components that support and secure building materials,
such as window and door frames, steel columns, bridges, and staircases.
